I collect all that information within screenshots, I highlighting what to improve and I tell you how.

Due to the high amount of job enquiries that I receive every week, first I need to qualify my clients and get to know their business, needs, audience, goals, resources, deadlines and budget, to make sure that I can take care of the project.

Project proposal

In case I can run the project I will send you a document with the details of my proposal: briefing, roadmap, needs, tasks, responsibilities, services includes, reviews, deadlines, delivery, budget and payment conditions.

Read the document carefully and let me know trough an email or commenting straight on the Google Doc if there is any subject that you would like to discuss.
If I can't take care of your project for any reason I will let you know asap so you can find someone else and even recommend you any of my colleagues if you want.

Before start working

After any possible discussion, if you decide to accept my proposal, I will need you to sign a contract, send me all the resources and information I could need to start working and proceed with the first part of the payment.

Once we get to an agreement, I will ask you to sign the document on every page (first and last name, ID, date, location and signature) and send it back to me so we can start the process.
I will facilitate you my payment details through email.
I will ask you to send me all the information and written or visual resources I could need to follow a workflow as much fluid as possible.

During the work process

Once I start working, I will send you early prototypes as soon as I have them so we make sure that my work is aligned with your ideas and values. Please note that all my design decisions come from years of experience.
