SELECTED WORK
Atheal is an Ai-Powered and Doctor-Supervised Health App based in Saudi Arabia that offers different lab testing packages and yearly memberships. Users can upload previous medical reports, link health-tracking devices and most importantly, get comprehensive test reports (+100 biomarkers) and personalized actionable plans based on such results and their goals, so they can become healthier.
Representing complex medical data, so doctors are able to quickly identify determinant biomarkers; and end users can easily understand their health report, as well as the daily steps to follow to get healthier.
Problems
Too much time spent on manual repetitive processes that could be digitized, automated or improved such as:

Data scrapping. Brokers receive tones of files in different physical and digital formats which takes ages to process.

Not storing the data to make better decisions later.

Manual contract building with no standard structure or wording. Plus a new law requiring an specific structure.
Solutions
Creating an all-in-one system that allows the brokers to reduce those times massively:

Allowing to upload photos, scanned files, PDFs, word, excel...etc or manual input via form and scrapping the information with a 98% match success rate.

Storing the data properly to use it later in a smart way.

Creating a no-code contract builder that follows the new market standard structure.

Not being able to collaborate with colleagues on files.

Not knowing what needs to be done in each file (what is missing, wrong or needs further discussion), how the final contract will look like and if it's ready to share.

Allowing collaborators to comment and edit the file.
-
Using icons and color codes to indicate what components require an action, a progress bar for work track, PDF preview and file status for internal approval.
Virtual studio specialized in creating curated 3D interiors for premium unfurnished listings in competitive markets (Dubai, Miami, London), allowing realtors to attract qualified buyers; help them — especially those overseas — understand scale, distribution and lifestyle, and see the hidden potential after furnishing or post-renovation, through high-end renders and staged virtual tours; elevate their online presence; and eventually accelerate sales and reduce time on market.
Built a 3D Interiors Virtual Studio from zero: market research, brand, web, content, socials, etc. Tested market fit and pivoted the business model into a semi-automated AI + Human In The Loop Workflow.
After pivoting the business model I wanted to try two approaches:
1. Manual outreach. Looking for pre-qualified listings (for sale, unfurnished, over $1M+), in a defined market (Dubai), in a complete portal (Bayut). Storing such data in Airtable via AI Agent (that I created my self because Apify's exisitng agents were giving lots of problems due to proxy issues). Getting them to contact me via Whats App after contacting them via portal's inbox for specific listing offering them my high-end 3D interiors services (rendering and staged virtual tours). Sending them a before/after (watermarked) image of such listing and offering them to purchase it (HD, no watermark), to do a different style, a different picture(s), or to do it for a different listing.
With AI-powered tools like Apify, n8n, Zapier and Mindstudio, I connected my accounts via API to create AI Workflows and AI Agents that allowed me to: scrap, store (Airtable) and analyse data; qualify projects; send me messages for human verification in key decision points (Slack, Whats App); and generate before/after images of interiors using AI.

2. Organic lead. Creating a responsive website using AI-powered tools (I tried V0, Redit and Lovable and went for this last one) with the following journey: user uploads image (one at a time to begin with), we qualify the image internally (is an interior? is it clear enough to create before/after image? is the quality good enough?), if it's good enough user picks a style, we run internally the prompt through the AI-generative model selected (Gemini) to create a before/after animation with a watermark, user can re-do (up till 3 times to not burn our tokens), select a different image or style, cancel the process or purchase the image (HD, no water mark) using different payment methods. This site would be promoted via ads in social media (mostly Instagram) and portals.
Built a functioning responsive website with Lovable where users can upload a picture of an empty room, pick a style, see the before & after image (original vs. ai-generated) with a water mark, and purchase it.

Saudi-based neobank for the next generation of digital-first consumers, combining core banking features with a lifestyle-led product experience — cashback, points, shared accounts, mortgage access, investing education and in-group brand deals — designed to meet young users where they are, with a visual identity and UX that felt closer to a cultural platform than a financial institution.
Led research; optimised the UX/UI design of regulated journeys; implemented the new branding across the product; built a scalable, multi-role, multi-language (Arabic RTL), iOS/Android Design System; designed new cards (virtual + physical); organized Figma; and mentored the in-house junior designer.

Artificial Labs is a tech company that facilitates the daily work of brokers and underwriters in the Lloyd's of London Insurance Market by providing SaaS products that help them automate repetitive processes, digitalize manual tasks, scrap data from documents and make better decisions thanks to it.
Reducing on a 75% the time it takes an insurance Broker to process clients data and allowing them to build contract templates and add collaborators.
Concept, naming, branding and design of AVA, Artificial Labs' first version of their LLM-powered underwriting assistant, which later on won Silver for ‘Excellence in AI’ at Insurance Times Awards 2023

EMMA3D offers a SaaS solution to visualize big data in a tridimensional way. They work with big tech companies to help them identify issues (servers that are not filled in correctly, incorrect data, clogs in workflows, churn in sales funnels, etc) and show them opportunities of improvement.
Allowing users to see their company at a macro and micro level in a 2D and 3D format so they can easily identify issues as well as opportunities to improve.
