Can I get into business mentorship without knowing what kind of business I want to build?
In this case I recommend you to book a Guidance Session to analyze your situation, your passions, your skills and your resources, and then come with ideas of what would be that business that reunites those three aspects, has market fit and it's profitable, plus what would be the niche.
Is it face-to-face or online?
All the process will happen online through video-calls. You will get an invitation through the email that you facilitate me to jump into a Zoom call.
How can I book my sessions?
Through this app, or sending a Google Calendar invitation to hello@mariasoladesign.com
When does the months start to count down?
Depending on the pack you purchase, you will have to program the calls during the next 6, 12 or 18 months. Once that time is over, there won't an option to re-schedule. All the calls that are not made within that time will considered lost. The count-down will start the day of the first call (not the day of the purchase).
What happens if I don't book all my available calls during the next amount of months determined by my purchased pack?
We will program all the calls at the beginning to avoid this happening. But, if for example, you purchase the Pack Essentials (6 video-calls of 90 minutes during the next 6 months from the first call), calls are programmed, you miss the 6th one and the 6 months are over, then you would have lost that call. There is no option to reschedule once the months are over.
Can I pay in installments?
No. For Consultancy Sessions the full payment needs to be done in one time before accessing to the call.
Is it refundable?
No. Once you have payed for a unique call or pack, you will be committed to show up and there won't be refunds of any kind and for any reason.
What happens if I can't attend a call?
You should let me know through email (hello@mariasoladesign.com) at least 48 hours before the planned call. If you don't do it and then you don't show up, you will be loosing that call. So please, be aware of this. Time is gold for everyone and there are more clients who deserve to be attended too.
What happens if I can attend the call but I'm just late?
Again. You should let me know through email (hello@mariasoladesign.com) at least 48 hours before the planned call to re-schedule the call so you don't lose it (even part of it). You will be able to still show up, but the later you do it, the less time you will enjoy of the call.
What happens if I can't attend a call due to an emergency?
I'm pretty strict with commitment and showing up because for me, time is gold, and wasting someone else's time is a way of disrespect. But of course, I'm also human and pretty understanding of life situations (so many things can happen, right?). So if you can't attend one of the calls due to an emergency (accident, sudden sickness, important family matter or situations of that kind), I will just save the session for when we decide to re-schedule it. I won't ask you for probe of whatever happened, but I will ask you to please let me know asap that an emergency happened so I don't think that you just didn't showed up and you loose the session.
Are there guaranteed results?
I will be responsible for guiding you and giving you real, updated and useful information, tips, advices and resources that I know they work from my professional experience, and that you will have to put into practice. In a normal situation, if you follow the roadmap I created for you, you show up in the calls and you do the "homework", results will start showing up. But of course, I can't (neither I want) micromanage you or track you. So results will depend on you, your commitment, your effort and your skills. You will be responsible of your own success. Plus, as you will know, the market is very volatile (specially nowadays), so there will be always some unexpected factors that we won't be able to predict. Anyway, if something happens and you have to pivot your business, I will be there to support you and guide you.
